public aesthetics event at grossmont college mar 13

really happy to have gotten to talk about street art, public art, the intersection of aesthetics and politics with Nick Riggle today at an event organized by Zoe Close in the Philosophy & Religious Studies department over at Grossmont College.   touched on lots of topics and great pieces, including stop-animation by blu, style wars, and also:

lots of good questions in the discussion period — and hope to get the chance to develop some of the ideas further in the near future.
